A special blend to help with the blues during wintertime. This tisane (an herbal drink) is like having a cup of sunshine. It's chock-full of mood-boosting herbs, nerve tonics, and fruit for a pleasant taste. 


Do not use if you take an SSRI or with pregnancy. Drinking more than the recommendation may cause daytime drowsiness. 

PNW Tisane - 2 ounces Pick up Only

  • Use 1 tablespoon to 8 oz hot water, steep 5 - 8 minutes, strain, and enjoy 1-4 cups daily.  

    Ingredients; St. John's Wort, Lemon Balm, Milky Oats, Rosemary, Schizandra berries, Calendula, Lemon peel and Hibsicus.
