    • As a Tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried Stinging Nettle Root in 8 oz of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. This tea can be consumed 2-3 times daily. It offers a gentle way to incorporate the herb's properties into your daily routine.

    • As an Infusion: For a stronger preparation, add 1 ounce of dried Stinging Nettle Root to a quart of boiling water. Let it steep overnight, or for at least 4 hours. Strain and drink 1 cup, 2-3 times daily. This longer steeping time extracts more of the beneficial compounds from the roots.

    • As a Tincture: Use a standard ratio of 1:5 (herb to liquid, weight to volume) in 40% alcohol. Take 1-2 ml of the tincture three times a day. Tinctures are a more concentrated way to take herbs and are easily absorbed.
